These are all questions that teenagers start asking themselves as they are faced with increasing numbers of choices in their education and training. Often the only feedback they might have are from either family or teachers, who only see an aspect of who they are and what they are capable of. There is also the voice inside their own head, comparing them to friends and classmates, so that they may not have a clear picture of their own strengths as they are considering their future.

 

In this talk, Sarah will share a bit about Belbin Team Roles, show a sample report for the GetSet tool, and have a chance for discussion about how Belbin Team Roles can help your teen!
