As part of our offerings for emotional intelligence development, we offer the Belbin GetSet assessment, which gives insight to strengths and developmental areas based on both a personal questionnaire and observer input.  
 
This package includes the Belbin GetSet questionnaire, observer input, and the assessment report.  A one-hour individual coaching session is included to review the report and discuss ways to apply strengths, further develop the strengths, and what developmental areas might be recommended.
 
Coaching sessions are provided by Sarah Wills Carlsson, who has been certified and working with the Belbin assessment for 7 years.  Sarah regularly uses the assessment as part of building high performing teams in engineering and software companies, and as well does career coaching and mentoring for engineering students.  While her background is in engineering, the assessment and its information is applicable across any type of career, be it professional, vocational, or academic.
